"Banner Bank chose to work with Dice Communications on the recommendation we received from Alcatel-Lucent. There have been three phases to our phone system installation that we planned out with Dice. The first was pre-implementation site surveys at all of our 100 locations across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. We then moved to installation and implementation of hardware and phones at all of the locations. Dice handled all project management and finished the installs on time without deviating from our budget for this project. Banner Bank has now moved to what could be called phase three.
